We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to change your order at any time prior to your order being processed or within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product.
In doing so, you are entitled to return the product and receive a full refund or exchange for another product of the same value. Kindly note that we will not refund additional shipping costs other than the standard cost that apply.
Exchanges can be done at any Terranova Store in Malta OR return your item/s for refund ONLY to the below address:
Dizz Buildings, 5, Carob street, Santa Venera (the “Address”). Postage or shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded.
Please be aware that we will only be able to provide you refund in the case that:
- The item is returned in all of its original packaging, unused and in same condition together with the original invoice, subject to the approval of our returns team.
- We will not be able to refund or exchange any unleased products which would not be suitable for resale for hygiene reasons such as swimwear, earrings, underwear.
- You provide us with notice in writing to terranova.online@dizz.com.mt that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, which notice shall include:
- Whether you would like to exchange your items purchased or receive a full refund;
- If you would like an exchange, which products from our website you would like in exchange;
Money back is only given to purchases done online from www.terrannova.com.mt
Refund of Faulty Items
